Meet Burnham GrazingGood to know.
Where do you deliver?
Brisbane, Moreton Bay south to Caboolture, and the Gold Coast. Brisbane on Monday and Friday, Gold Coast on Monday. Delivery is free. You pick your delivery day at checkout, and any extras ride on the same run.
How much freezer space do I need?
About 40 litres. That's roughly two drawers of a standard upright freezer, or a third of a small chest freezer.
Is it frozen?
Yes. Every pack is vacuum sealed and frozen, and arrives frozen. The Wagyu eye fillets too.
Why "or" on some lines?
Boxes differ: six carry a brisket and a topside roast, the other two a chuck roast and chuck steak. Strips or BBQ steaks depends what's cut that week. Same weight, same value either way.
Is the beef certified organic?
The farm is. Burnham Grazing holds organic and biodynamic certification for the property. The beef is grassfed and grass finished on that farm, with no hormones or antibiotics.
Where do the Wagyu eye fillets come from?
King River Wagyu, the Kemp and Rich families in North Queensland. Marble score 0 to 3, one steak per pack, about 300 g each. Two go in every Freezer Fill while they last.
